Hi! I'm Amanda! I'm thrilled you stopped by and would love to introduce myself further. My passion for real estate & design can be traced back to my childhood when I spent significant time at construction sites with my family who built beach houses in the Outer Banks. I'd spend my mornings surfing & visiting job sites with my step dad and my afternoons picking out paint colors and furniture with my mom.

I am so fortunate that I was able to continue that lifestyle and start my own company, Nest Builders! During the day you can find me at job sites overseeing the design or at the office designing new homes. 

I'm blessed to call Richmond, Va home. When I'm not working I am probably hanging out with my best friend and husband Dave and our two kiddos, Noah & Stella. I love all things design, fashion, surfing, and food.

We just celebrated 8 years of being in business and I am so proud of what we've accomplished. We've built almost an entire city block, we've renovated numerous historical homes, won several awards, and had a blast doing it! 

It's truly a dream to bring timeless low country style to Richmond and every day that I get to do my job is truly a pinch me moment.
